Comments:
Started off with two sets of the "mixed" weight routine at home along with planks/plank leg lifts, and then ran through the beautiful mist down Mass, looping up on the CCT and back through the neighborhood. Felt awful at first, and even knowing it was going to be a short run, I was still worried. I ended up feeling pretty good though about five minutes in, and I really enjoyed the remainder of the run!
