Full loop of Central Park

Weather: 40s, sun, some snow on the grass still

Comments:
Ran 86th to the Park and did the full, outer loop on the road back to where I started and returned along 86th to Riverside. Tried not to get too aggressive. Just took it at what felt steady, and was pleased to note that my 400 meter splits along the East side were all right around 7:08-7:12 mile pace. I had started slower and finished faster. Feet are sort of sore and I don't love these back New Balance shoes, but all, in all, I feel pretty good once I loosen up. Then, as soon as I stop running, I feel really stiff and tight, especially around the groin, hips, and core. today I did some stretching, but I really never do enough. Walked through and around The Cloisters in the afternoon with family.
