Weather: Holy shit it's like 60s out

Today's workout was 8x200m at 5k pace with 1 min jog (sorry for the blunder below, I didn't feel like retyping everything lol), 1 mile base run, 4x200 at mile pace with equal rest, and 2x200 at 800 pace.
The 2 min intervals started off easy, but of course gradually got harder. By the time, I hit 3 to go, I was hurting a bit. So not gonna lie.... they had us in the first half. But that didn't stop us BABY! I thought the 200s were gonna hurt a lot, since the 5K pace felt rough. Surprisingly though, mile pace and even 800m pace felt super smooth and I was able to send it the rest of the way. So overall, it was a pretty great workout. I feel really strong afterwards, just typing about it
In other news, while I was giving tours today, I discovered that I inspired another girl to come to MSU today. How? Why? What? These are questions you might ask yourself, while staring blankly at your screen. Well, she apparently watch a ton of my MSU Running Club Youtube vids, including the 24 min XC documentary, and now she wants to come to MSU simply to join the club. Unbelievable! I made these video for pure stupidity and fun, i never knew it would influence at least 2-4 people's college decision! HOLY! And then her and her mom hopped on my tour on purpose and we had a great time. So, I guess moral of the story is that I have to keep making videos man. I gotta inspire the generations to come, I guess.
Also tonight, I get to buy my first legal case of beer. ESKEDDDDDITTTTTT! Good night, quality day.
