Killed it today. Back on track after the failure that was Monday. It really wasn't too difficult of a workout though... 1600m threshold, 1:00 rest, 3200m threshold, 1:00 rest, 1600m threshold. Then afterwards I did 4x200m strides. Splits:

10:55.8
5:29.3

33.2, 32.7, 32.5, 32.4

So yeah it was pretty much perfect all around. But I mean I did fail on Monday so my legs my be fresher. Don't know what else to say other than that I hope Riley gets blacked tonight. Or at least I hope he has a good time. I'm officially on that senior slide and will be coming out for a drink or two even though I have a difficult exam tomorrow at 8:30am. I know I said I would be on hiatus, but I think I'll still do pretty well on the exam. Or at least well enough.
