Comments:
Got up and ran first thing in the morning. Is been a while since I pulled one of these. It snapped down to colder temps, nothing like yesterday. A shock. Felt ok going out, as sluggish as one should feel right after they woke up. I was so toasted last night so a little groggy this morning. Still, legs can handle it.

Essentials: Stretch

Nice to get up go and come back, then stretch. Legs feel really good after that. Looking more forward to getting the race in. Weather looks like shit this weekend so it will mix it up from previous years.
