Workout Wednesday!! Did 4x800,600 on the track. Started out st 5k/3k pace and tried to work down from there. My splits were:

Despite times that I though were decently fast for me, I got dropped nearly every time by Hannah and Katie. Breathing wasn’t great but manageable
