Sorry, just logging this now. Yesterday's workout was 4x400 at mile and 4x300 at 800m pace. This was my first failed workout of the year unfortunately. I came late from my GSLS meeting, so I had to do the entire workout alone. I think I've gotten so used to leaching off of Paolo's pace, that I forgot how to run a workout alone. My legs and rest of my body felt tired and by the time I hit the last 400, I felt dead. I was slow on the first 300 and didn't even finish the second one. I wasn't happy with it, but sometimes workouts don't always workout. I found out I'm in the fast heat of the mile though with Paolo, so I'm pumped to have a shot at glory on SATURDAY.

Anyways, I went to the bars for the first time ever, so i gotta talk about that. I came back from the workout, showered, and pregamed hard. I drank 2 beers and took a 99% proof shooter with Stone Cold Steve. Ryan also stopped by and iced me, which was pretty RIP. I managed to chug better than the first time, but I'm straight garbage at chugging lmao. I went off to the bars decently buzzed and Blaida roasted me because I enjoyed zombie mode on MW3! IT WAS REALLY FUN GUYS!

Anyways, the bars were a good time. I had Cat's Pajamas from Steve, an irish dump truck, and beer from Wild Wes. Shoutout to Lucas on the cover. But the bar scene was pretty cool, definitely 8/10. Still prefer running club parties though. By the end of the night, Steve and I were the last men standing. On the walk back, I blacked out. All I know is that apparently Steve and I went to Insomnia cookies, had some good life talks, and then I went to bed. What did we talk about? No idea. What type of cookie did I eat? No idea. How many cookies did I buy? Also no idea RIP. I did wake up with a cookie wrapper in my bed and the worst hangover i've had in a while. I vomited 5+ times and couldn't fully eat until like 5pm. So fuck that. But yeah, great first time at the bars, looking forward to Rama next week!

Also not sure if I'm gonna run tonight, because I still feel like ass and have a lot to do.
