Felt a little better. Still have tightness in hamstring connection and hip flexors. I need to get a massage. Getting number from shelli for a guy that does deep tissue stuff. Shelli gave me some stuff to do with a roller and band to stretch it out. 4 x 5:00 at 6:10-6:20. Went even on all starting at 6:12 and going down to 6:08 paces. Jogs in workout below.
