Was told to keep it short today, ran with Hailey and Arthur. Felt good but there were a lot of breaks and would have liked to go longer, but I guess it's good to ease into it.
Push up progression ( 2 per)
Clams
Crunch progression (30 seconds)

It took some getting used to doing drills again, and I'm going to consciously watch my form more this season so I can get it to be second nature again.
