Comments:
Tempos w/ katie! We did 2x 12.5 min because i didn’t think I had the mental discipline to do it all straight through. Felt good, did between 7 and 7:05 pace the first one (a tiny bit downhill) and 7:12ish on the second one (tiny bit uphill). This was way easier than I expected.
