Comments:
Another Princeton Intervals workout. This time, 5x mile repeats on the track, around 4:30 rest. Went pretty damn well!
6:17, 6:08, 6:03, 6:13, 5:58
Tried to keep consistent each rep, and not get caught up with the front two guys' pace. Looks like I overcorrected a bit with the 4th one, but hey, I'm not complaining. Felt nice and relaxed, I think the next thing is to pull all of those together for a nice clean Tempo at some point.
Which really puts into context, that I would consistently be tempoing that pace during my fast days. Man, I'm either slow now, or was fast then. But I know I wasn't fast in college, so god help me.
