Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So after hunting around for someone to run with I managed to convince Greise to run 6 with me. We took it pretty easy doing the Northto Lee to South to North loop. Relaxed the whole way which was nice. Talked about running and school and genarally enjoyed another beautiful day. I'm thinking one of the few we'll have in a long time. I'm execited for indoor. I'm still training like I might run UAA but coach said yesterday I probably won't so I'm ready to shift gears into the track phase of the year.
Static 3 and Eagle with 10 pushups after 5x100 striders on the indoor track after lifting.
3x15 dips later
REsting Heart Rate: 44 (I was just being parionoid yesterday)
Slept probably 7.5 to 7 hours I got a little caught up finnishing my SAGES paper last night.
