Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
So I continued the championship lifting because I might run UAA Saturday. But before that Griese talked me into doing a little bench to see what we could do. Noting that I had only ever benched 135 once before we started there to see if that was my max. To my suprise I not only did it 5 times I was able to follow that effort with 3x155 1x165 and 10x135 to finnish up. Needless to say I was proud of myself after that.
The rest of the workout:
Clean to Jerk 4x6 with 45 (Just tried to get the form down and move quickly. I feel like the cleans are getting better and jerk is not too bad)
Single leg step ups 3x10 each leg with 45lbs (Not bad I felt these though. But thats good because leg strengh is something I could use)
Calf Raises 2x12 each leg (Not bad I feel these every time though)
Super set pullups and Curls with 45 (I only got 7 pullups the first set today. Probably tired myself out a little with the bench but it was worth it. Sucked as usual)
DB armruns 2x20 with 5 (Not too bad as usual. Just tried to pump as fast as I could)
General Notes: Nice bench and everything else was just getting it in. I've made huge strength gains since I came here. Which was one of my preseason goals so to get that is nice
