Another lit workout on the track. Did it with Red Cap again and we killed it. It was the standard 6x1600m threshold w/ 1:00 rest again #TrustTheProcess. Splits:

Dr. Daniels says that based off my 3k time my threshold should be 5:28/mile so this was pretty damn good. The first 4 reps of this workout felt pretty easy, but the last two were pretty difficult. I think I definitely could have done another and still hit 5:25 but it would have taken some character. Afterwards I skipped strides because I had to get to a Spring Break meeting.
So overall I am still happy and in a good state. However, what does upset me is to see RVP not trusting the process and going to reddit to figure out how to become a better 1500m runner. Sin! Heresy! Jack Daniels is the way! TRUST THE PROCESS!!!1!
