Comments:
Ran 7 miles on the track tonight, a little humid, but finally cooooooooler. Started out with very uneven breathing and took awhile to get into a rhythm-probably around mile 4 I felt better. Felt like I could go farther at mile 7 but I did my long run yesterday. I haven't run on the track in for..ev...er (Sandlot anyone?) so I actually didn't mind running around in circles for almost an hour.
