Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Whether at clinic or on own, think it would be good to get some continuous running in where speed isn't main concern.
I'm thinking 3 miles of 400m (.25 miles) easy
And 400 moderate (not fast just a notch faster than easy pace!;)

did this with the "fast girls" was pleasantly surprised that nothing hurt. I am pretty far off on the fitness/cardio front, but am happy that leg mechanically seems to be ok.
