Todddddddday's runnnnnnnnnn wassssssssss 6.21 millleeeeeeezzzzzzz dowwwwwwwn theeeeeeee Lonnnnnnnngggggg Beaaaaaaaaccccccchhhhhhhh routtttttteeeeeeeeeeeee. (Assssssss you cannnnnn tell, Luccccccccas's theorrrrrrry isssss corrrrrrectttt, assssssss I aaaaaaaaam witttttttth Lizzzzzzzzz rnnnnnnnnn).
Ok not doing that for the entire log lolz. But I put on some headphones and ran on the hilly Long Beach Route. I ate at a Mexican restaurant with Liz and some old high school friends, and I also drank a margarita. So stomach was feeling a little meh. It started sleeting half way through the run a little bit, and I saw 6+ deer; but besides that nothing much really happened. My legs felt decent, and i got another solid run in the books (#MileageMarch).
I also ran an extra 3.2 miles with Liz and my dawg Oliver. I decided to provide Oliver with a normal base run rather than a timed mile attempt. Hopefully I can help him break his 5:42 mile PR with very minimal training. I will keep you guys updated.
