Comments:
8x300 at mile today w/ 1 minute recovery! Unsure if it was actually a 300 because it snowed all day so we had to do it on there indoor track, which is 198 meters in lane 4/4. Couldn’t find a 300 marker anywhere but I feel pretty confident in our estimate. If it is 300, it was all faster than mile. Felt tired at the end of each rep but a 300 is so short that it never felt too hard.

Good workout and really nice to not get dropped. We took turns leading and were together the whole time! Also lifted after, so I feel pretty tired now.
