Well, I failed today’s workout. It was supposed to be 4x400 at 800 pace, 10 min jog, and 4x400 at mile pace. I didn’t even get close to finishing as my body felt horrible for the first 2 400s. I fell to the ground out breath after the 2nd one and I was way off pace. Overall frustrating day, my body, legs, and lungs all feel like shit. Guess I’m gonna take the rest of today off and readjust.
