Early season 600s workout

Comments:
Large combined group for 5 x 600 at AU with 1 minute recovery. The recovery on the first was a bit too long, but we shortened to 100 after we realized that. Felt fine--not great, not bad. Did a fine job with consistency. Nice run back with Ana. Crunch/pushup progression at the beginning of practice.
