Comments:
I was really excited for this workout in the morning and I got progressively less excited as the day went on, probably because of hydration or general tiredness.
Jogged over w Lucia, and then 3x600 w Joyce, Maddi, Camilla, and Christian. The first two felt pretty good but I was running alone for the third one and kind of lost motivation and I felt pretty bad breathing-wise. Not the greatest workout and I feel really out of shape but I guess that's just because I haven't been running much.
Running-log is being really annoying and only lets me out two of the 600 splits in/
