Light progression

*sooo technically was a progression run. I need warm weather and good normal morning runs. Also, a break from races lol

Seeing you have another weekend of racing, can’t really give you anything too hard!!
But if this is done by wed., that would be ideal...

I think a 5 mile simple progressive run where you are starting in mid to high 10’s and trying to increase effort a tad each mile would be good. If you feel good and can end sub 10 go for it, but no worries if not.

We can use Saturday for some speed;)!!
