Comments:
it snowed all night and all day so I just did a treadmill workout. I did 3x .5 miles at steady state (7:30/7:35), .5 miles at tempo (7:00), and .5 mile at like 5kish (6:30) w/ like 4 minutes between sets. felt good except for that my achilles was hurting quite a bit the whole time. It wasnt really getting worse so I decided to just finish it up, though I cut my cooldown a bit short. the good news is the workout flew by while I was busy worrying about my achilles and listening to my podcast. also lifted after- hexbar deadlifts, push-ups, med ball slams, and single legs rdls
