Comments:
Felt pretty good and really had to make sure I stayed 'on pace'. I kept pushing it a little too fast, but I guess that's what happens when you run alone and with someone else timing. My workout was:

I was around 70-75 for the majority of the workout except the 200s and the 300 were faster.
