Comments:
Final workout before conference, 8 X 200's. Paces 34,33,33,34,33,32,32,30. Felt good, felt easy, felt like i could keep going. Hamstring didn't bother me at all. about 2-2:30 rest in between with a 200 jog back to the start line.
