taking a week off freakin SUCKS

Comments:
Today's swim did not go very swimmingly. My swimming bod is working on getting back into shape after taking last week off. I did a continuous 1800y (a bit over a mile) at a slow but not dick slow pace. I then just did 4x50 strong. I wanted to do more because #MileageMarch but my stomach was feeling "eh" and I had a mild headache going on. I did get 10 hours of sleep last night which is good!

I did also take a week off from swimming last year due to spring break and came back really well so I'm not too worried.
