St Albans meet! I'm not really used to racing, both physically and mentally so it was hard for me to focus and push myself in this race. I'm not really super disappointed because I know I'm not in shape yet, but I want to race more to get myself used to it again (and be more mentally aware and willing to push)

3:27 - began feeling tired
?? - I definitely lost focus on this lap and sort of let Camilla go when I knew I should have gone with her
7:04 - I tried to kick but started w/ 200 to go instead of 400 bc I wasn't sure of myself
It was fun though and I'm excited to run a lot faster than this in more meets.
