Redemption workout after the disaster that was Monday. I did it outside with Hegger instead of Red Cap this time. We did 6x1600 threshold again. Killed it:

Started to hurt on the last two but definitely could have done another if I had to. We then did some dank 200m strides and my legs felt HEAVY: 33.0, 33.4, 33.7, 31.7
Overall absolutely excellent workout. Best threshold workout I have done yet. Feels great to be back in stride.
