AIS, 19 minute warmup, strides/drills, 8x400 with 2 min recovery (200 jog + 50 seconds standing rest)

9 minute cooldown. By no means a great workout, but a step in the right direction. Forgot my spikes so I did it in trainers. Stretch/core after words at the Y.
