Long run

Comments:
*not a great run. Legs weren’t having it, knees started hurting. Beautiful day though just a slow, sucky run. Didn’t drink much yesterday and I’m not sure I ate enough carbs last night then ran out of water around mile 10

14 miles!!!
Want to get another long one before minneola.
No set workout, but I would like this to be over hills if possible for some of it.
This is just a training run and not the race, but mentally I would you to push through the hard parts and take some chances.
See if you can get in a groove after a few miles and try not to worry about pace as much as effort!
