Today's workout was a 20 minute threshold and 6x200 at mile pace on the ELHS track. Going into the workout, I thought that I was going to shit the bed, because the RVP-Sculli Plague 2018 has entered into my body. But, I honestly am not sure if it's just really mild or it's about to full send and destroy me by tomorrow. It's really hard to say, but only time will tell. Either way, I had a great workout to start off Phase 4.

I ran with Lucas and Austin most of the way (Paolo was a bit ahead). There were a few times that I almost started dropping, but I made surges to the lead to motivate myself and keep myself in the game. As Austin said as a surged to the lead "power moves only". Definitely on that surge don't purge yourself mentality lol.

But Lucas, Austin, and I finished together and we apparently hit the 5K in 17:19. Definitely the fastest threshold I've ever done, so damnnnn. I did the 200s with Lucas and they were a little inconsistent. The first one I was taken with the wind and went faster and the second one I ran into Wes. Not good communication on either part, but the rest were fine. Definitely felt in control the entire workout and was hardly winded by the 200s. I'd say Phase 4 is great.... but Wednesdays workout is about to be straight ass. Hopefully I fully overcome this plague and can survive that workout.

Overall great day. #MileageMarch continues on. Also thinking about signing up for the Bay Shore Marathon in May with Austin, Tyler, Tall Paul, and Ben.... but I'll keep ya'll posted.
