Comments:
supposed to be 8x800, alternating between 2:40 and 2:30, but felt like balls the whole time, and cut the second half down to 600's. the whole being sick and not running at all last week really set me back in terms of having any sort of endurance, especially because i essentially have no base, but that's easy to fix, and ill come around so not too worried.
