Jumping Jacks, Bosu Core work, stability ball chest work, lat pulldowns on stability ball, Y-shoulder press, farmer walks, Bosu Elbow planks with steps in and out to up/downs on Bosu. Shoulder/Chest work with dumbells to failure.
