Comments:
12x200 in 2 sets of 6, 1:30 break between each, and 2 lap slow jog set break. surprisingly easy workout, hit every one in 29 except the first and fourth which were 31 and 30, and the last, in 28. felt very relaxed and controlled the entire time, and i was very happy with how comfortable that pace felt. the last couple were a bit tough, but never struggled to maintain pace which was really encouraging. very good workout, even if it wasn't a super difficult one.
