Weather: 3:00 p.m. 50 and cool/windy
Comments:
Ran an hour before practice. A little over 2 miles easy then straight into 10x1:00 on/1:00 off followed by about 1.5 cool down. Had 55:00 to get this in so not much for warmup and stretching and drills. Did not feel good at all but got through it.
1 mile swim after practice at Meyer Center.
