Bike workout @home

Exercise Type: Bike

Warmed up for 15 minutes, then did the workout: 20 x 1 minute intervals/ 1 min reco. Cool down 15 mins. It was pretty hard but the recoveries were long so it wasn't awful at all. I channeled all of my angst about not being able to run into the pickups and kept a good pace during them. My recoveries were about 90-110 rpm (varied each time a lot, but tried to stay consistent), and the intervals were around 130+ rpm each time (our machine doesn't go above 140 so I'm just writing the +). Nice stretch after, will ice massage now with dixie cup, and plan to see Veronica tomorrow for game ready.
