Another dank workout. Great crew out tonight (even I thought I still did the workout alone). Lots of Big Ballers. The weather was actually great and I was well dressed. 30 degrees and like no wind.

The prescribed workout tonight was 3 mile threshold, 3:00 rest, and then another 3 mile threshold. I did it on the track (so really we are talking 4800m, not 3 miles) because I am a very specific person and I honestly don't mind running in circles. The first 4800m was pretty easy, but then those 3 minutes were a REAL short 3 minutes. Then things didn't really start to hurt until the last 1600m. That took character but I ain't a softie. Kept everything really really consistent throughout which is a major key. I had two things going through my mind the whole time:

"duh. duh. duh-duh-duh dun. duh-duh-dah-doo-dun." (This Girl by Kungs)

BBO by Migos has pretty much been stuck in my head for the past two days hence the log title.

I'm having fun. Life is good. School is turning around. Got my cap n gown today and picked up my engineering graduation breakfast tickets. It's all getting so real now.

One more thing: Life of Pablo is SHIT, and Dark Fantasy is probs my favorite Kanye song.
