Comments:
Ran the Spring Forward 2.5 miler at Mendon Ponds this morning. Felt ok. Much better than last week. Placed 1st overall in 14:36 (5:50 pace) and it felt good to start getting ready for some spring 5K's. I have a lot of work to do. Had fun. Bib #514 Easy cool down.
