Weather: ~40 degrees, Cool
Comments:
Long run day. Went okay. Felt kinda sick waking up this morning, and getting started, but I eventually worked my way into a groove. Didn't help that my route had like 650' of elevation gain and descent. Hills are hard. Had a honey stinger at miles 8 and 15, and things felt pretty stable stomach-wise. Machs were also feeling okay, so I think unless I change my mind, those will be the ones for race day.
Been a while since I've hauled butt for this long, but I'll need it. And there's only more from here!
