Arrived in Sante Fe today on little sleep. Biked for an hour with upped resistance for the middle 20 mins. Didn't notice the 7k ft elevation until the middle 20, I was breathing hard but I focused in, my hr got all the way up to 180 which may be the highest i've ever seen it. Looking forward to some quality and valuable training here. 2 sets of B day first.
