Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
*did 4 hill repeats and 2 more slower hill surges on the last half mile
Easy 5 miles coming off 14.
BUT the kicker is, after the run, I would like you to find a short hill you can run up.
Run up hill moderately fast focusing on high knees and good arm swing for 20 to 30 seconds.
Jog or walk back down.
Let's do about 4 or 5 of these. No need for splits but just lmk if you get them in pleeeze;)
The main idea is to focus on form and quick feet but again, these are NOT all out sprints or anything...
Trying to squeeze a little extra mileage in this week do this will be well over 5 miles.
