Exercise Type: Bike

Biked again in the fitness center. Short weight circuit first. Over the course of the hour, I did the same workout I did with Julia at the pool last week (5 sec int. 10 sec off, with each int. increasing by 5 sec until 1 min, then all the way back down) which was super super hard on the bike and I was breathing really hard because of the altitude. I think my cardio shape is going to improve a lot because of it but speed will have to come later when I can get back on the track. I also did 8 "striders" a few minutes after the workout portion concluded, doing one every minute for ten seconds. Tired but satisfied
*I jogged from my casita to the fitness center which was about 400 meters and I didn't feel any shin pain!
