Comments:
My bread and butter workout has always been 6x500 on the 8:00. But Sean Virden thinks that with my fitness I should be doing them on a faster interval, so I did them on the 7:30 today.
Sometimes I'll descend my intervals, but today I just went strong and consistent, hitting 6:36, 6:38, 6:40, 6:34, 6:36, 6:37.
My legs I can tell still feel sore from Monday's dreadful 800. My hammies feel "bruised" in some places and my calves nearly cramped up and off of every wall push. Not expecting much out of the workout tonight and tbh it should probably be moved to tomorrow but that's a weak mentality.
