Comments:
Went awuajogging with Zeke at Wilson. We did 20x1min on 1 min off and 10x30 seconds on 30 off, with the effort increasing gradually throughout. The whirlpool was finally open, which was great but I probably shouldn’t have gone in as much or as long, because the heat really wiped me out.
