Tried my 15k on the treadmill workout again today. Even with the hill setting cranked down, it was still doing a number on me. Made it to 45 minutes this time and 7 miles. It's still a pretty ambitious workout, so as long as I'm seeing progress in stamina, that's good. It's really a trainer for next year's boilermaker, so there is plenty of time to train right now.
