Comments:
Biked at home. To make it interesting I doubled the resistance in the middle and chugged at the same rpm which was super hard for just three minutes, then I took a minute rest, then I did it again on double resistance for two minutes, same rest, then one minute on. Wasn't supposed to be a workout or anything I was really just messing around during a steady day. I may swim tomorrow and do a long day. Now that I'm back at home I can start massaging and icing my shins properly which is a huge help. The left one especially has ached a bit since that short jog in Santa Fe.
