...but on the bike. Beautiful day for a long ride to Georgetown and on MacArthur. Tried to pedal hard on all the open stretches. Lots of people but i managed to keep up a good rpm. Definitely got the heart rate up and it was nice to get outside for once. Plan to run tomorrow! Webt a fitting 20.18 mi
