Comments:
2 mile up...4x400 hills @ incline 15 on treadmill with 15 burpees in between, 2x400 hill carries @ 7 incline, 800m flat, mile flat progression from 7 min to 6 min. 1 mile down. Weird workout, had to add the flat stuff at the end to cut down on how long the workout was going to take.
