Comments:
Yep, we are reaching that point in the training where the workouts are supposed to be easy and sharp. We did 1200 (3k-5k), 600 (mile), 1600 (threshold), 2x200 (stride). jogs were 800, 600, and 400. Splits:
3:39.3 (pace for 15:14 5k)
1:42.7 (pace for 4:35 mile)
5:20.5 (pace for a VDOT between 67 & 68 - fitness for a 15:24 5k)
31.5, 31.6 (just stridin fam)
so happy to be in this kind of shape - both in running and swimming. LFGGGGG.
