Getting re-acclimated to early rising

April 3, 2018 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 43, overcast, sun rising?

Comments:
Woke at 5:50 because I have a full day and wanted to run before giving blood at noon. Ran to Sam's and stretched for a few minutes until he joined me. He led us on a simple route, 41st, Western, Utah, Nebraska, Ft. Reno, 41st. Pace probably hovered around low 8. last half mile alone was at 7:40 pace without trying. Core has just been incredibly tight for the past week and one of my appointments today is with Dr. Beck to see if we can address that. I think I'm compensating something terrible for whatever little groin or psoaz (sp?) strain I have at the top of my right leg. Right big toe joint was also super unhappy (during and) after the run today. I should ice it. I wore the Guides as I was trying not to irritate the ankles as the new shoes have been want to do.
